Very comfortable, spacious room, warm with ensuite bathroom and choice of bath or shower. Hosts very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast great and wonderful value for money.

Wonderful hosts-very friendly and approachable. Rooms were large and comfortable. Teenager and youmger son had lots of space. Everything was clean and well-cared for.
Location
We were within walking distance of restaurants, beach and historic sites. Ayr was a good spot to stay while travelling to other sites.

Good value for money. Room exceptionally clean and staff very friendly. A "home away from home" atmosphere. Breakfast was tasty and the food was plentiful.
Location
The coastal villages were beautiful and the coastal roads (north and south of Ayr) are lovely to drive. The beach in Ayr was clean and litter free. Arran Island was truly beautiful at sunset. Largs and Irvine are lovely towns. The surrounding area is good for mountain biking and road cycling.Nardini's, the Italian ice cream outlet in Largs had a wide selection of food, cream teas and ice cream.

Wonderful family run bed and breakfast, very friendly and most helpful with ideas and directions etc. Very nice, clean attractive room with all the necessities for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was relaxed and food was great. Altogether, good value for money! Many thanks to William and family.....

I was extremely pleased with my accommodation. I was made to feel very welcome, and my room was excellent - very clean and nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed. I couldn't have asked for more for the price.
