Good value,friendly staff,lovely views from rooms,and the best choice for breakfast I've had anywhere

There were 10 of us staying at this hotel and we all agreed that it was absolutely perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfasts were tremendous. All the rooms were spotless and it was a real pleasure to stay here. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
Location
The location was ideal, both within walking distance from Haymarket railway station and from Princes St.
Mary King's Close was well worth a visit, but the Graveyard tour didn't come up to expection.

Close to everything but on a quiet nice street. The view from our room was lovely.

Thought the family room was a good size. Very hospitable. Breakfasts very good, plenty of food.

Position of the hotel ideal for sightseeing, and positioned in a lovely quiet terrace.
