The Guest House is looking a little 'tired' and maintenance items (like the toilet seat in our room being loose) seem not to be attended to. Parking is a problem and adds to the cost. Also there are lots of late night clubs/discos in the neighbouring streets which create noise. However, the staff were really friendly and welcoming, especially Anne McLean. Internet access was great to have as well.

Very convenient to city centre with a nice room. Helpful and pleasant staff.
It was a B & B but with 24 hour staffing that made it very convenient to us overseas travellers.
Breakfast was very good. Whilst we had to leave our room by I believe 10 am it was a bonus to be able to leave our luggage on the premises to collect until later in the afternoon until a time prior to catching our train.

Everything was perfect. The staff are friendly and Mrs McLean was a lovely person and I really enjoyed my stay.

Very good location. Room was nice and clean, we were disappointed to see it was such a big place meaning there was less warmth that we've come to expect from Guest houses in the UK. Breakfast was very good as well.

The Guesthouse is 5min.away from the city center. Itīs located on the same street as the School of art. We slept in a big ensuite doublebed room with coffe and tea facilities. The room lays in front of the street but it was quiet. The breakfast was very good- you had the choise- all was there. We would stay here again, when we would visit Glasgow one more.

If you dont take a Scottish breakfast, the continental breakfast is poor.
