We would have preferred not to have so many beds in our room, but other than that, we were very comfortable.
Location
The National Museum stood out as a highlight for us, but overall we found Scotland a beautiful country and the people that we encountered were very friendly and kind.

comfortable, if small, room with all facilities required for overnight stay. Breakfast was very good. Host was attentive. Have now stayed twice, and for my purposes, suited very well.

Kenny went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, particularly where breakfast was concerned.
Location
The location struck a nice compromise between suburban quiet and access to the center of town.

room was very small but hospitality was excellent, food was just what I wanted, served quickly , very pleasant host.
Parking was most acceptable and local bus service, although not as frequent as I would have liked, especially in evenings, was close to the establishment.
I would certainly recommend it.
Location
I had several events booked at the Festivals and visited Art Galleries, the Museum, Parliament Building, and made some personal family visits, all without any inconvenience.
It would be nice to use my English Bus Pass but I know that is without your remit!!

The standard of service and the cleanliness of the place is excellent. No doubts why your guest house is always busy and i'm lucky i get a room when i inquire. Your place is recommendable and if ever i go again on my holiday, i will definitely return in this guest house. The price is affordable and the facilities are great including the food and the hospitality of the person in-charge.
Location
The guest house is only 15mins away from the high street and near on the bus stop. My visit makes it special because of the historic attractions and other tourist spots.

Rooms were clean but on the smaller side but this was fine as we only needed a base to stay as we were out most of the day exploring the city. bathroom was tiny but still it was very clean and did the job. Hot water and the power of the shower were both good. There was a lovely window in the room which let in a lot of light and fresh air so that was nice as well. The bedding was a bit cheap. Still for one night it was absolutely fine. I would probably stay here again as the staff were friendly, there was easy on street free parking round the corner from the hotel, breakfast was nice, and it felt very safe. It would probably cost less during the rest of the year (we stayed during the festival which was peak time).
Location
This hotel is in a really nice part of the city, and a very short and pleasant stroll to the city centre itself. There are plenty of shops cafes pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, and it is also opposite a bus stop which goes directly into the city if you did not want to walk.
