The best B&B we've stayed at! Exceptionally clean throughout, warm and friendly hospitality from the second we arrived, e.g. cake and tea freshly made on our arrival. Can't fault facilities, cracking breakfast with great view of Ben Nevis. Owner happy to help with any questions etc. even willing to get up extra early on a Sunday to cook us breakfast! Will definately stay at Mayfield B&B again!
Location
Good location, especially for Nevis range which is only 45 min walk from front door to gondola station. Peaceful surroundings for good sleep and Fort William only 5 mins in car for food and drinks!

The owner was incredibly hospitable and paid a great deal of attention to detail in every way - nice big fluffy towels, lovely residents' lounge, very clean room with everything one could want to make one's stay such a good one. Mayfield is situated in a very quiet position which aided one's ability to relax and also get a good night's sleep.
Location
Situated a few miles out of Fort William so you do need a car to get about. The nearest restaurant was within walking distance but is not open every night.

the house was fantastic. it was in the perfect place, near the town in a quiet place.
The room, very good, it was big, confortable and very clean.The breakfast, what could i say, gorgeous
The best the owners, Michael was fantastic with us, very polite and kind. thank you michael
