The apartment was clean and well furnished as well as in a good position close to city centre. Price was really good. Our email contact was very kind to us and promptly answered all our questions. Our guest host was really lovely and came to the apartment to hand us the keys very late at night when we arrived. She also gave us a wellcome pack with some food. We had a great stay. Very good the possibility to book the apartment also for a short stay (we stayed 5 nights): for a family like us it was really ideal.
Location
The apartment is close to Glasgow city centre, and it is very handy for shops, subway, train station.

My friends and i, group of 3 'girls' at 40 had a brilliant time staying in 130 Clyde Street. Location fantastic, the sun was shining and we had a few bottles of fizzy on the balcony in the sunshine before heading into town for a night on the tiles. 2 double bedrooms, bathroom and ensuite suited us prefectly for space getting ready to go out. Lovely living room, lovely kitchen. Big thank you to Rosemary for a friendly welcome, giving me access to secure parking all weekend & a wee welcome pack of bread, real butter, coffee, tea bags and sugar were all there for us too. i will be recommending to everyone who plans to go to Galsgow (the best city in the world, why did i ever leave)to check out these apartments for location, friendly service, nicely maintained and decorated apartment which was certainly value for money. Location
Location location location, 2 mins for big M&S, 5 mins for Cafe Gandolfi for best breakfast in the world, and meringues & coffee. 5 minute walk for Merchant city pubs, restaurants & clubs, what more do you want. Well if want more its a couple of mins walk to underground & hit the west end for more pubs & restaurants, eating & drinking was the order of the weekend & not much culture was taken in. Oh, nmeed to mention Cafe Source, 10 minute walk away & fab food at great prices, £12 2 course & £15 3 course pre theatre. Haggis fritters, who would have thought but it does work.

On arrival we found that we were not, after all, booked into the James Watt Apartment but were picked up and taken to 101 Maxwell Street instead.
We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation, finding it clean and well equipped. The addition of towel rails (there were none) was the only quibble we had with the flat.
The 'Welcome Pack' was extremely helpful and generous.
Location
We had booked the James Watt Apartment of it's was central position in the city but the Maxwell Street apartment was even more convenient. We were able to walk to shops, tourist attractions and transport facilities within minutes.

The apartment was clean and had all the right amenities for our stay. Great location, easy access to everywhere we wanted to go.
I would recommend this location and apartment to anyone visiting Glasgow.
Location
Visitors should note that you can call for taxis that are significantly cheaper than the ones you flag down on the street.
