Michelle is the best. she seems to anticipate your every need. you don't just get a glass for water -it's a crystal glass. We enjoyed every minute and hated to leave.

Good value for money. Comfortable, tidy, clean, very good bathroom facilities. Near Inverness city centre (8 minuts walking). Ecellent food and very good people running the establishment.

This is a great B&B, very clean and well-fitted, very comfortable. Every little thing to make your stay more comfortable is provided, even fresh milk in a little fridge. Lovely breakfasts and very friendly owners. Good location. Can't fault this place at all.

very comfortable bed, cozy interior, hospitality was warm and friendly while allowing for privacy. the breakfast was also very good. i had porridge and smoked salmon with scrambled egg and toast. the coffee was excellent, fresh, and french-pressed - wonderful! we had plans to go backpacking the next day and there was no problem with leaving our bags overnight. they even offered their map and moved our bags for us to their closet. the experience and value was substantially better than what we received for a similar price in london. we recommend lynver house and would certainly stay there again.

Unfortunately, we had very little time to view the local attractions but it was certainly a perfect overnight stop whilst on route to John O'Groats.

Very friendly and helpful owners, nothing was too much trouble, and they really wanted to ensure that we had a good stay. Everything was spotlessly clean. Great breakfasts!

This was one of the highlights of our trip. Michelle and her husband couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They helped us with every little request we made. The rooms were wonderful--especially having a large shower. The fresh fruit salad, fresh croissants & scones every breakfast really hit the spot. Good location for going downtown and getting to historical attractions. This was the best of the best. Please recommend this place to everyone. We will if anyone goes to Inverness.

Lovely comfortable room nice bed.
Really nice people Michelle and Brian made sure I was entirely happy with the room and advised about local places to see and where to eat out.
Fantastic breakfast. I have already recommended Lynver to friends.
Location
Just the friendly attitude and also Lynver is in a good location.
