The accomodation was spotless, modern and pleasing on the eye. The people who run this guest house have got it down to a tee. The small touches, ie milk jug, biscuits, shower gel etc were great and came in handy. Also the fridge with the cans of juice was great. The people were lovely and couldn't do enough for us and the breakfast was fantastic with a great choice.
Location
The location was great for the town centre which was only a five minute walk away. We will definitely go back there and will recommend it also.

Well in a good location.

The cleanliness and decor of the room,
the fact that there was a fridge in the room which was kept topped up with complimentary milk in a jug and bottled water
the breakfast menu was extensive and delicious

A very high standard of accomodation - the room was beautifully clean and well furnished. The fittings and cleanliness of the en suite bathroom were also immaculate. Michelle and Brian were very welcoming and most helpful in suggesting places to eat and directions in and around Inverness. Our motor bike was garaged securely. We would not hesitate to recommend Lynver and would certainly hope to stay there again if and when we are next in the area.

The room included many amenities that other B & B's lack such as a small fridge, wifi washcloths etc. The room was updated and very clean. Our hosts were wonderful to chat with and breakfast was extensive and delicious.
Location
Perfect place to stay to access many attractions. Easy to get to historic attractions such as Colluden, Cawdor Castle and Fort William. Also walkable to city center and the River Ness Walk way.
