we were made welcome from the moment we walked through their front door.the accomodation was excellent and the breakfasts were great.we loved the fact that they would leave you to do your own thing and be so talkative and informative about the local amenities.we would highly recommend a stay at lorien house to everyone.we will be visiting again so hold this page.

Location

anyone visiting the area must experience the loch ness boat ride,it is something else. the local pubs have a great atmosphere and are full of colourful characters.the swing bridge draws everyones attention. at night the locks gates are all lit up with emerald green lights and when the water cascades down them it is a spectacular sight to see.if you want to spend a quiet weekend away with a loved one it is the ideal location.

everything that was stated on the website was exactly how we found it. incredibly friendly owners, the room was excellent as was the breakfast. assistance was offered whenever required or just offered through good old fashioned hospitality.

Location

the best place to stay for a highland adventure. right on Loch Ness, within easy driving distance of whatever you wanted to see, considering we are from Australia the driving distances were not an issue. the scenery right outside your door was just fantastic. I'd say the gateway to whatever you wanted to do in the Scottish highlands.
