Gary is a very friendly host. Our room was furnished to a high standard in a very modern style. Good advice and assistance on local eating establishments and attractions.
Location
Convenient for visiting C. Rennie Mackintosh's Hill House at Helensburgh and, if the weather had been better, for local walks.

Long Shadows is a very clean well decorated and comfortable place to stay. Gary, the host is most accomodating and ensures your stay is as good as possible. The dogs are very welcoming.
Location
The bed and breakfast is ideal for climbing the Cobbler ( Ben Arthur ) and 4 Monroes. 4 of these 5 mountains can be climbed by walking from the front door and leaving the car behind.

Excellent breakfast, lovely decor and linen - really good value for money and very friendly host. The only rreason this is not outstanding is that the en suite bathroom was tiny but it was still lovely and clean.
