The accomodation was newly renovated and the result was very elegant. Toilet and bathroom were separately, which was good for us five staying there.

The rooms are nice, the appartment nicely decorated, it is really good value for money. The location is superb, the area is full of nice organic shops, good grocerystores and beautiful surroundings; The Meadows, views of the Castle and Arthur's Seat. Lovely..

Excellent value for our money. Very reasonably priced. The flat was very nice and had all the ammenities required for a weeklong stay. There was ample bedding, dishwasher, and washing machine available as well as Satellite TV and a stereo. The location was very good as well. Quiet street and nicely situated across from the meadows and a little coffee shop on the corner. We would definately stay there again and would recommend this place to anyone who is staying in the city for a few days and would like a home away from home that they can prepare meals in and relax after sight seeing.
Location
Only about a 15-20 min. walk to Princes street, the main shopping district, as well as the castle. Not as close as some other accomodations but the excellent price made it worthwhile. Probably too far to walk to the train station with luggage but the cab ride was inexpensive. The castle, ghost tour, Royal mile, Fringe festival are all worth a look. Edinburgh is a beautiful city to explore and easy to get around on foot.

The accomodations of the flat were very good. Overall, it was a very good stay and a very good value.
Location
There is a wonderful park less than a block from the flat called The Meadows that offers great running trails. The flat is also just a quick pleasant walk from the Royal Mile.
