I have never stayed in any place as good as this! Kareen was a fantastic hostess. Beautiful house, fantastic setting. Karen even offered to drive us to the pub and back! Home made yoghurts, jams etc. Every other B and B pales in comparison.
Location
Stunning scenery and fantastic choice of outdoor activities and the Clagaig pub!

We stayed at Lios Mhoire as an overnight stop on our way back from our holiday in Sutherland to our home in Cheshire. Our host, Kareen, made us feel very welcome and we were very impressed by the accommodation. The bedrooms are stylish, modern and clean with excellent facilities including a flat screen tv and dvd player and a good choice of dvds, if you just want a relaxing evening in. The views of loch and mountains from the front bedroom are stunning. Breakfast is served around a large table, so you can chat to other guests if you wish. There is a fantastic choice of cereals, home made yoghurt and jams and Kareen cooks breakfast to order in the open plan kitchen, so it was nice to be able to talk to her while she was preparing our food. She has a good local knowledge and we found her very friendly and helpful. Lios Mhoire provides excellent value for money and we will certainly go back there again when the opportunity arises.
Location
Lios Mhoire is close to Glencoe and would make a good base for exploring this part of the Highlands. The village is close by with a small shop and a number of restaurants. We would recommend the Clachaig Inn for a great choice of real ales and good food.

Fabulous breakfast; charming hostess who accommodated individual needs and offered to do a load of laundry; generous with online access, very comfortable room, gorgeous view-- in spite of the creaking floor, probably the happiest accommodation on our three-week UK tour.
Location
Glen Coe, the coastal drive up Argyll, and the highlands in general are beautiful. The Ballachulish local church has exceptional slate gravestones.

The rooms were nice, food was very nice, and the hospitality was very friendly and helpful. What more could you want from a BnB? Oh, and its well located, lovely view over the loch at Glencoe.

Good views and location. Breakfast was excellent. Room was adequate and my rating was made according to other establishments we stayed at also based on price.
Location
Excellent for sightseeing and mountain climbing. Historical significance with memorial to massacre of Macdonalds in 1692 as well as nearby Greymare Waterfalls.
