Excellent value for the price, it would have been nicer to have an en-suite instead of a shared bathroom, but I can understand why it would be difficult to do this without a major renovation to the house. The breakfast was very nice and cooked fresh.

Location

We were only in Peebles fro a weekend to attend a conference, but we did have a opportuity to walk around the town and enjoyed it thourghly.

Wonderful walks along the river tweed and easily accessible to guest house. Lovely Peebles high st with good selection of shops and 2 super eateries - osso and deli on corner - can't remember name.

We had a wonderful stay at Lindores. Janice and Nigel were very accomodating, the room was very attractive, comfortable and clean as was the entire home. Breakfast was basic but good. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

The location was very quiet and convenient to the town center.

Room beautiful, large, and comfortable. Beds comfy, bathroom nice (I think just built!), owners friendly and helpful about needing breakfast very early!

We were very pleased with the standard of this accommodation and were made to feel most welcome. We would be happy to go again

we walked the John Buchan trail. Excellent walk however we started from broughton and all the instructions were starting from Peebles. Instructions for the reverse route would be very helpful. also signage from broughton very poor as you near Stobo we had to do an extra loop.

Friendly and clean BnB very well run in a good location for walking to the town centre. Secure bike storage available.
