Bed comfortable, room clean and comfortable, good internet access, on bus route to centre, good local information folder in room, close to a small Tesco, full breakfast available.
Location
It is within walking distance of the King's College Campus of the university.

We were warmly welcomed by the proprietor and made to feel welcome. The menu selection for breakfast was extremely good and the food was tasty. Our rooms were comfortable with all amenities as promised. Would definitely stay again.
Location
The location was ideal as we were visiting relations that were within a few miles driving distance from the cottage.

Nice and comfortable and very clean house. Also the owners were very polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious with a big fruit, cereal and muesli buffet. Further breakfast menus (traditional breakfast and so on) may be ordered (price is included).

Choice of food was excellent, facilities were very well kept room was very clean and hospitality was all I expected, also wonderful value. You can't go wrong staying at the Lillian Cottage

I chose this location for its proximity to Pittodre Stadium, but it is just as close the the University and less than a 10 minute walk to the beach area

Sweet little room, excellent breakfast and above all our hosts, Roger and Pat and their great hospitality. Warm and cosy.
Location
Dunnotar castle, 15 minutes from Aberdeen by train. Spectacular place, really worth visiting.
