food: outstanding (the breakfasts were excellent!! especially haggis...)
The B&B was also close to the city centre, the rooms comfortable and the welcome very warm.

The guest house was very clean and tidy and we were made very welcome. The bedroom was plenty big enough and had all the facilities required. At breakfast there was a very good choice and the food was excellent. The guest house is excellent value for money. The off road parking was very private and appreciated. We would certainly call again when visiting Aberdeen.
Location
The guest house is located on a main road into Aberdeen and is idealy placed to visit local attractions or surrounding areas.

The room was small and compact, although it did have a sink and mirror in it, the television was ok, but alas there was no sport on it. the welcome was friendly and warm the house was in no way cold, and the breakfast certainly was superb, with plenty of choice! the shared bathroom was huge with a decent shower in it. The bed was firm which is how i like it. Roger was a good host, i hope to return soon.
Location
the main shopping street (union street) is about 10 mins away by foot, and the Aberdeen football stadium is at the bottom of the side road. Aberdeen is certainly the cleanest city i have ever visited, outstanding, a city to be proud of!
