the value for money is outstanding. The host was a very warm welcoming person, the bathroom was clean, the house was cozy. The food could use some variety
Location
the place is far enough from city center as to be quiet, but close enough and with many buses passing by that you are where you want in less than 10 minutes. The Cameron Toll mall close by is a plus

We all had a lovely stay at Kingsley, Lynn is lovely and makes you feel very welcome and gives an excellent briefing on the surrounding area and how to get there. The room is comfortable and very clean, the food is good also.
Would recommend.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The information provided by the host was excellent, the location of the guest house is fantastic, you are on a very convenient bus route which can get you to and from almost everything you would require, centre of town, airports with just one or two bus changes. HIGHLY recommended for location.
Location
Edinburgh is an interesting city, different to any other place I have visited. Interesting history.

The family room was a good size and good value for money , the off road parking was also very useful.
Location
Kingsley guest house was further from Edinburgh city centre than we wanted but OK for a one night stay. Good bus service outside the front door if required.

lyn made us very welcome when we arived. As we have never been to edinburgh before she explained how the transport system worked and the attractions we may wish to visit. A key was supplied if we were late in so not to distur any one. The accomodation was clean and everthing you needed was supplied. The breakfast was very tasty. Everything was done to make this an enjoyable stay. lyn was very kind and hospitable.
Location
we visited during the fringe festival and there was plenty to see and do. We enjoyed hoping on and off the tourist buses to see the sights around us as we knew we wouldnt have enought time to see everything. Our favourites were The Tattoo and going to see The ladyboys Of Bangcok. The castle we only looked at from the outside as we thought it was to expensive to visit
