Very friendly and helpful. Double room was clean and pleasant, bed pillows all acceptable , sheets clean and exellent quality. Bathroom Not ensuite but next door, clean and well stocked , shower , bath , toilet sink all very clean.
Breakfast exellent , fruit salad, cereal, cooked breakfast quality items, coffee, tea, fruit juice and toast.
Location
easy to reach motorway, and 20 min drive to Lanark agricultural center.

Always a friendly welcome, and excellent facilities. Another big plus is the food, which is unsurpassable. Altogether excellent in every way.
