The flat was amazing. Ideal for 2-4 people, amazing view and great location. The flat provided all the necessary equipment in order to have a pleasant accomodation! Very good value for money!
Location
Queen's palace was my favorite sight while the city centre is absolutely amazing!

The flat was clean and welcoming with a few basics (and a bottle of wine!)ready for our arrival. Considering its central location the flat is really peaceful for most of the time. We love the Scottish feel to the books and DVDs that are available. The information folder is very useful. Stairs not for the faint hearted, but it's lovely to have the roof top terrace to admire the view from. It's was really nice to get a text from Martin to check that all was OK. The flat feels loved - not just a money making venture.
Location
Perfect location off the Royal Mile, close to the station and all the major attractions. Went to the City Arts Centre just down the hill from the apartment for the first time during our stay. Not too big with some lovely exhibitions.

Made for 2 people, there easily is enough space for 3. The appartment was clean and there were enough facilities for a longer stay. This is a complete appartment and I strongly recommend it because it's not too expensive.

Located in the Old town, near Princes St. and Royal Mile, it couldn't have been better! I really appreciate this because everything you need is located within 2-3 miles so you don't need to rent a car.
Must go on th roof where you can have a 360 view of Einburgh!

Nice apartment but the tv could have been bigger and we were out of hot water for two days.
I would definitely recommend the apartment for families like ours because of the brilliant location.
