Accueil excellent.Service par le personnel fait avec beaucoup de gentillesse.
Etat général de l’établissement vétuste.Hotel propre.
Location
Bien placé au bord du LOCH,belle vue.Un peu éloigné du centre.

The first room we had had no ventilation at all in the bathroom/loo. The second room had ventilation but no cold water in the bathroom.
The communal carpets were very old and dirty.
However, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's not their fault.
Location
The town is unexciting but good Indian restaurants. The countryside is magnificent and the steam train a big attraction.

I felt home. Innsegan House Hotel gave me this what I expected and even more. Room was clean, bed very comfortable, all I need on my holiday. I think she was the owner - Victoria- great customer service. She first expected me what make me feel very important (excellent move) and shown me that she really care about what I am saying what I am planning to do and the she make me feel that she care about me too. I had wonderful time. Yes I would stay again in there if I would come to Fort William ;-)

Victoria was a great information point. She knew a lot and gave me great advice which I m very glad about. Also there is tourist information and they very approachable and helpful.

The hotel was dirty and renovation was going on on the upper floor. Reception and corridors in a messy condition. We were reluctant to eat breakfast due to the dirt in the hotel and also in the rooms.
This was our worst stay in Scotland.

Good value for money. Warm welcome, extremely helpful and friendly staff. No evening meals on offer though.
Location
End of the West Highland Way, so a well-deserved restful stay. Fort William museum definately worth a visit.

the room had a lovely view, but could have been cleaner...the bedroom carpet needed a good vacuum. the young woman at reception was outstanding in her friendliness and helpfulness. the hotel is beautifully situated on the lake but quite far out from the centre of town.

I booked the accomodation before reading previous reviews which were not all well rated but we found the rooms were nice and clean - views excellent [from our room]. There should have been bar facilities but no one was ever really there to serve. The reception area could have been a bit more welcoming in terms of decor but on the whole we had a pleasant stay.
Location
Will need to return very shortly as we only spent 2 days in Fort William before heading to Ullapool. There was just so much to see in terms of the landscape and surrounding area - will forward reviews and photographs soon.

there were good points and not so good points at the innseagan house hotel. The young receptionist and the young manager were very friendly and helpful. The accomodation wasnt as good, it could have been cleaner. The breakfast was good although there should have been a better selection of continetal breakfast as the choice was very limited.
