The tenant is very friendly and was able to accomodate us with a vegetarian breakfast. The price is good and the rooms were confortable, eventhough the mattresses were a bit too soft according to me.

Next the Loch Ness area. Many things to see and visit.

The room was large, clean, and beautifully appointed. Mary MacLean was the consummate hostess; we felt like old friends even the first night. Great breakfasts, too!

Location

A pleasant train trip to Mallaig was a bonus, and just exploring Ft. William was fun, too. Mary was very helpful with map and directions wherever we wanted to go.

Mary made us very welcome and home from home-the b@b was spotless and the food excellent.Would go back if we visit scotland again.

Fort William was great and our steam train visit to mallaig was brilliant. We really enjoyed our stay and the area.

Comfortable, clean, accomodation situated in a beautiful area outside the town but just a 5 minute, £5 taxi away. The host, Mary is the nicest woman you could meet, (a typical old fashioned housewife), who always has a smile and a bit of chat for her guests. The breakfast was perfect, exactly what is required to take the edge off an overindulgent previous night. We will be back at Mary's again.

Location

We did fishing at Loch Lochy, which is free and full of trout. Neptune's Staircase (The Caledonian Canal) and Corpach are just minutes away and beautiful for a visit. The accomodation was on the banks of the River Lochy and overlooked by The Great Ben (Nevis).
