iI had a very clean comfortable room at the back of the house with a modern ensuite bathroom with good powerful shower. Margaret and David were friendly hosts and passed on helpful tips about things to do in the area. Breakfast was very good and included generous amounts of delicious home made white and brown bread. The free wifi worked well which is not always the case in this part of the country. Guests can park in the drive. Overall, I'd rate this b and b as excellent.
Location
There is a pebble beach with nice views about 5 mins walk from the b&b. I drove up to Loch Linne and stopped at Castle Stalker view point, lovely views there.
I'd recommend the open top bus tour from Oban to Easdale. The lady driver from Yorkshire gave a very informative and witty commentary.

Room - clean and tidy.
Value for Money - good.
Hospitality - excellent.
Facilities - excellent. Lovely en suite bathroom, comfy bed.
Food - best cooked breakfast I've had in years.
Location
This B&B was near to Oban, where our ferry was to depart for our main trip to Mull. Oban is a picturesque harbour town with plenty of amenities. Our host at the B&B waited up for us as we were quite late in arriving, and made sure our breakfast requirements were sorted first thing.

Three Isle boat trip, Mull, Iona and Staffa, grea day out, highly reccommended.
