Very attractive apartment with all facilites required for a break in Edinburgh. The greeting from Brian was very warm and the gift box was totally unexpected but very much appreciated - especially the wine.
Having 2 separate beds for the boys to use was one of the reasons for the booking plus the location was ideal to nip in and out of the city centre. Will hopefully be back.
Location
Brian recommended trips to a couple of places and the fact that the bus stop is right outside the front door made it very easy to go the Leith & see the Royal Yacht Britannia. The car did not move for the whole of our 5 days in Edinburgh. Also visited the castle, botanical gardens, Museum on the Mound plus many other sites. Fantastic city to visit for all age groups and we had boys of 15 & 10.

Very comfortable accommodation: large rooms, extremely well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with shower. All accurate and clean. Fascinating building and in a nice area, only ten minutes walk to the centre and five minutes to shops and supermarket. Great hospitality.
Location
Edinburgh is full of historic attractions and beautiful natural landscapes. The Old Town is unique! The Royal Botanic Garden, the Caste and Holyrood House are absolutely woth visiting.

This apartment was tidy, very clean and peaceful. Big rooms and two television. There was everything what you need in the kitchen. Good value for your money. We liked a lot. There was also nice welcome gift waiting. The host was friendy.
Location
The location was good, Inverleith park was near, also Royal Botanic Garden. It took 10 minutes to walk to the Princes Street and George Street. Bus stop was near too. Day ticket was about 3,70 £. Visitors will get a key to the private garden, it`s very near and nice place to visit. Supermarket was near too.

The proportions of the rooms, high ceilings etc. gave a great feeling of space. Good quality bathrooms and kitchen. Good quality furnishings and equipment. Great location.

Very handy for our specific purposes. Short walk into the city centre, to the supermarket etc. and bus stop 1 minute away.

Finished to a very comfortable standard. Wonderful to have a parking space, but never used the car because the apartment was so close to the attractions and public transport. Very good value.
Location
The Georgian town houses are quite amazing, even when only walking to the supermarket.

We were placed in the Hunter Apartment which had comfortable large rooms (living room, two bed rooms with one en suite). Excellent superking size bed and three singles all with good linen. The apartment had all the essentials and was perfectly fine for a family of five with three young children.
Location
There was an off road parking space which we parked in and then walked around Edinburgh. Restaurants and bars within easy walk.

the accommodation was spacious and equipped to a high standard. The apartment was clean and neat on arrival, and the hallway gave the very best in first impressions. The owner was helpful with information on the surrounding area, and buses etc. We shared the accommodation with friends, and all agreed it was very good value for money.
Location
The fact the accommodation was situated on a very good bus route (Leith to Scottish Parliament were covered) it meant that we didn't use our car during our stay. We could walk to restaurants and shops etc. The tour of Royal Yatch Brittania was very good, and we wished we had visited at a time when we could have toured the Parliament buildings......next time?
