hospitality, facilities very good, yet the space in the room was little for a long term stay.

Good location with regards to the distance to town centre as well as to the next golf course.

loved my room, and the view! breakfast and hospitality was excellent
Location
lovely quiet area, terrific for closeness to buses and city. Meeting up with extended family members for the first time was memorable, and lovely time for all at my niece's wedding. So many places to see, and transport within city is fantastic.

The room was exceptionally, 'squeaky clean', especially in the lovely shower area, with hot water always available. We would have appreciated a softer mattress. The food was first class, served in lovely surroundings and good service.
Location
The situatuation is near to the main tourist attractions. As we were only there for 2 nights we only managed a city tour taking in the Royal Yacht Britannia which we enjoyed very much and found vastly interesting. Our main reason for visiting Edinburgh was for the Military Tatoo which was fantastic. We will certainly visit again D.V.
