service and hospitality are really good. The rating is between good and excellent. Room was a bit small but very quiet. Value for money is ok. It is a nice place to stay.
Location
location is ony 10 minutes by bus so it was very easy to reach all tourist attractions.

hospitality, facilities very good, yet the space in the room was little for a long term stay.

Good location with regards to the distance to town centre as well as to the next golf course.

loved my room, and the view! breakfast and hospitality was excellent
Location
lovely quiet area, terrific for closeness to buses and city. Meeting up with extended family members for the first time was memorable, and lovely time for all at my niece's wedding. So many places to see, and transport within city is fantastic.

excellent accommodation and the service was great. The only disappointment was that the biscuits in the room were not replenished daily with the tea and coffee
