This was a lovely B&B and the welcome was great. We were made to feel at home which was important as my Mum of nearly 85 was with us.The food was excellent and we were very appreciative of an evening meal being provided. The lounge with the open fire was great to relax in and the bedrooms were also excellent with fantastic facilities and little extras. It was obviously a family home and there was a good atmosphere.
Location
We really enjoyed the Castle of Mey, which was just down the road. It is a wonderful homely castle and the staff in every room so welcoming and friendly. The gardens were lovely and so well cared for. The restaurant was also fantastic with good food, and also an open fire for cold days.
