It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and Dylis the owner was charming. She was helpful in everyway. It was a delightful experience.

We both felt this place was excellent value for money. The hospitality was good, and we would like to commend our host for her helpfulness, knowledge of Oban and area and her welcome. Breakfast was excellent, offering choices other than full breakfast (which I don't appreciate.) We did not mind a shared bathroom, in fact enjoyed the spacious, warm facility of the bathroom. We chose this as a basis for visiting Mull and Iona - location was excellent for this.
A small point - we were not aware that there is only paid parking available in the lot accross the road.

Nice welcoming, kindness and hospitality of the owner. Tidy . A little bit old. Nice breakfast and nice views to the port of Oban.

Close to the port terminal and town center, just walking ahead 200 meteres. Nice bay.

Location is beautiful. Hostess is very accomodating. We enjoyed ourselves. Had a little trouble (15 minutes) finding.

Loaded with history and beauty. Enjoyed Oban especially McTavish's dining and authentic Scottish music. Enjoyed the ferry and the Isle of Mull.
