Very good taste, all in white, comfortable and roomy bed. Bathroom appeared to have been just built- so immaculate and the room was quiet - obviously well protected from noise.
Location
We were here for Garden visits, Lochinch and other gardens including the Botanical Gardens. My only thought was that the harbour could be transformed (we live partly near Bordeaux where the Mayor has transformed the Harbour - I think making a parking lot out of part of harbour is a real shame. But apart from that the town was well equipped and welcoming to visitors.

Able to watch the ferries come and go from the window, walking distance from terminal. Everything was better than anywhere else; friendliness, comfort, breakfast and at a very affordable rate.
Location
Shops just around the corner so able to easily get nice fish and chips. Harbour and town worth a look.

Very friendly and helpful couple who run the B$B,always willing to offer recommendations for restaurants, bars and local attractions.
Large, clean rooms with all facilities, bottled water included in rooms which is a nice touch.
Fantastic breakfast!
Location
Castle Kennedy, about 3 miles east of Stranraer is well worth a visit.
The castle itself is nothing to look at but the grounds are spectacular and well worth spending a couple of hours wandering around in.
