Very clean and well laid out room.Great hospitality and excellent drying facilities on a very wet stay.
Breakfast excellent with plenty of choice.
Helpful advice offered if needed.
Easy access to town and stations.
Location
Ease of access to Glen Nevis and other local walking.

I went to fort william with my family and stayed here and the Hotel has a fantastic view , it was very clean and was cleaned every day once we left the hotel for the day to go sight seeing
the breakfast was warm and fresh and the staff were very polite and helpful
would recommend this to anyone

this hotel is 5 minutes walk away from the town centre and there are plenty of restaurants to eat in, the Nevis cable car is only 7 minutes drive from the hotel. we mainly went for the Harry Potter train experience and the train station was a minutes walk away . the train stopped at malaig and the restaurants there serve the best fish and chips ever

Staff,breakfasts, room comfort and cleanliness all excellent.
Appears to be a very well run establishment.
Location
Good base for climbing and hill walking (obviously) but also for touring and local interest.

The guest house was great, good location, accommodation was good, friendly staff, good facilities, breakfast was excellent - nothing was too much trouble they were very welcoming. Would recommend anyone to stay at the B&B - will stay again when in the area.

Area was great for a base - we hired a car for two days and travelled all around, a visit to the Nevis Range for a trip on the Gondalas is worth a trip, and if you are feeling energtic then a walk up Ben Nevis, even though we only climbed a little way it was worth the experience will definitely be back to climb to the top.

We loved our night in Fort William, Edith our host was wonderful and even did
our laundry which we were greatful for, the food was great and the views wonderful

We came to do the Jacobite train trip and wasn't disapointed, its one of the
attractions for my husband, so we can tick that one off!

The only reason for not having an outstanding rating is that they do not cater for evening meals,but the hospitality, rooms and breakfast were excellent.
Location
The cable car up Ben Nevis, was good and the views were breathtaking.
