The proprietors were extremely pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good.
The room was comfortable.
The premises were being upgraded/modernised and when the work is completed, I am sure the accommodation will be lovely.

This B & B is under brand new ownership and getting spruced up and fixed up as we speak. It has an excellent location on a nice green with a pub, convenience store and attractions within a block or two. The new hostess was friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and the beds were clean and fairly comfortable compared to others we've had. I would have easily given this spot an "excellent" rating, but the bathroom was tiny and the water pressure (and temp) was affected by others using the water. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I am ever back in Loch Ness.
Location
This is a great spot to visit if you are touring Scotland. Loch Ness is beautiful and the ruins of the castle are really worth seeing. The Loch Ness Experience 2000 was pretty fun, but best to go early before the tour buses arrive.

the accommodation was easy to find and set in wonderful surroundings. our reception was excellent and the room was just perfect with everything you could want for. breakfast was well laid out and there was more than enough to satisfy your apetite. the price was very reasonable for such high standards and i would definatly visit again. 10 out of 10.

Set within walking distance of Loch Ness, what more could you ask for.
