Wonderful location, great hospitality, apartment clean & light with views of the castle. Beds super comfy, shower room fantastic.

Location

Right in the Grassmarket but removed enough not to be too disturbed by the noise from the pubs. 10 minute walk to castle and the royal mile.

This accommodation was excellent value for money. It was comfortable, clean, well equipped and very well placed for visiting the city. A bottle of wine, bar of chocolate and a few essential supplies were appreciated and made us feel most welcome. The stunning and immediate views of the castle make this flat unique and would compensate for many other inconveniences - not that there were any of importance. (No hooks on any walls and the kitchen stools were very uncomfortable.) The main drawback were the several flights of stairs that needed to be climbed to gain access

Location

Location excellent for all of city's attractions / transport links. Special to visit a city where we had lived as young adults and to find it even more wonderful.

The value for money was excellent for the location of the apartment! The apartment was very clean and tidy and the person that met us with the keys was very friendly and accommodating.

Location

The venue was within walking distance of nearly everything we wanted to visit (except the Zoo, but we were able to just get a bus there). Lots of pubs and places to eat very close by along with the Castle pretty much on the doorstep!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations. I loved the bathroom with the big bath tub. We liked the closeness of the city. The only draw back for me was beyond your control, the steps were very hard for me to manage. I do hope one day that we could visit again. Thanks again for your kind hospitality. Location

We were there mainly to visit the Roslyn Chapel where our forefathers are buried. Sharing this with our son and grandson made it even more memorable. Our drive into the highlands was beautiful. Watching the terrain change was magnificent. Of course a trip there isn't concluded until you try to find Nessie. This was our first view of Scotland and it far surpassed our expectations. We loved the way Scotland has preserved their history. Sometimes here in America we are guilty of tearing down the old to make way for the new. Thanks again for the more than adequate lodging.
