One thing that is of great importance to me, is how clean the place is.. and I was well impressed! Also great hospitality, the rooms was big with very comfortable beds and the breakfast was also very tasty! Overall we had a fantastic stay and would recommend it to everyone!

Accommodation was easy to find, we were greeted warmly by the owner, our room was large, comfortable and nicely decorated. There was no street noise from our position in the back of the Grampian. Breakfast was most enjoyable. It seemed that Heather would accommodate any request (i.e., the porridge was excellent!). Heather was endearing and helpful. Enjoyed her presence.

Location

One who enjoys walking will find the Grampian Guest House and close proximity to local shops; a bit farther leads you right into the city centre. Our business was with the University which was also conveniently in walking distance.

The Host was very helpful in assisting us with our car rentel. The accommadations were very clean and the food was excellent.

Beautiful, large room, light and airy; very nice bathroom and great entrance hall. Breakfast was superb and the hostess very gracious.

The Grampian Guest House provided accomodation, food and guest service that far exceeded our expectation.We would rate it a 5 star package at a 3 star price.
