very pleased with stay at hotel, good room, friendly service, excellent food, great value for money and right on the doorstep of the glentress trail head! what more can you want?
Location
amazing riding, great xc routes in glentress, amazing downhill routes in innerleithen, just a couple of miles down the road.

Room was good. A comfortable 2 star - basic, clean and very comfortable.
The food was outstanding. Excellent choice, perfectly cooked (and I'm fussy!) and beautifully presented. Huge compliments to the chef.
Very helpful, friendly staff.
We will be back.
Location
45mins from the centre of Edinburgh.
Peebles and Innerleithen are the nearest towns. Samall, pretty and worth a visit - especially the second-hand book shop in Innerleithen.
The hotel is right next to the excellent 7stanes mountain bike trails.

The room was very clean and cosy the staff were very friendly,the food was excellent very good value for money will stay again.

Peebles is a lovely place lots to see and do.

The rooms were perfect, they were spotlessly clean and very well presented. The breakfasts were outstanding and the staff couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating. Our stay was great value for money and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to others.
