value for money was outstanding, proximity to downtown and to Holyrood Park was outstanding, very easily accessed, good public transportation access, great parking at the B&B, hosts were very friendly, informative and accommodating, food was excellent with great presentation
Location
Proximity to what we were interested in seeing was excellent, by foot or public transport so we could leave the car at the B&B.

Everything was wondeful.. Only reason I didn't rate it Outstanding was a bit of a squeeze in the bathroom! However, hospitality of our hosts was Outstanding as was the breakfast.

The establishment was comfortable, clean, and with a great location. Jimmy and Fiona were very welcoming. The breakfasts were outstanding. We had a family room for four people....it was lovely and had everything we needed, but was a bit cramped. Value for money is a bit hard to assess since it was during the Festival and rates everywhere seemed quite high. We would definitely return.
Location
We visited during the Fringe and were out and about all day long. The bus stop was right in front of the house and it was easy to return to the room during the day then go back out. Wonderful restaurants were just a few blocks away.

hospitality great- good breakfast-and facilities ok
value for money YES except that the rooms could be a little bit bigger especially the bath room
clean and would recommand the place

the visit is mostly to see friends again
