Unit had the type of facilities that we required. Slack on responding to repairs that needed doing. eg light globes.

The apartments were light, clean, airy, and simply furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, as it afforded a very central location to travel from. One evening there was no hot water, but that was rectified the next day. Our contact at the apartment was very efficient and helpful. It was excellent value, and we would stay there again.

Location

As mentioned earlier the apartment location was central and allowed for easy access to many means of travel and sights both within Glasgow and the surrounding countryside. The grocery store downstairs gave us the freedom of cooking for ourselves when tired of eating out - though there was a variety of restaurants to choose from nearby.

Very close to the city shops so when you have too much shopping you just take it back. So convenient.

1. I was not given the code for entry from the street, which was awkward! A friendly tenant helped me on this. 2. The TV in the lounge was single channel (ITV 3, unfortunately)& the instructions for use of the remote control for this device was missing. I mentioned this to the Cleaning Lady & was impressed when a copy of the instructions was delivered the following day. As the TV in the bedroom was, apparently, hors-de-combat this was disappointing - I'd suggest that at least one TV should be tuned to the various terrestial channels (BBC 1, Itv 1, Ch 4 et.,etc. But for these two quibbles, I'd have no hesitation in giving the TOP rating.

Value for money was excellent, nice and central...not far from the shops, bars and nightclub. The apartments themselves were clean and spacious. Loved staying there.
