room and bathroom were small but acceptable. Hospitality and food good. Place with a busstop in front of the house, perfect.
Location
edinburgh is fantastic. Made a bustrip with Highlandtours to Loch Ness, beautiful with snow and sun ! Also the visit to St Andrews, with the train, was very nice.

Excellent accommodation - we booked 2 large rooms with en-suite, everything immaculately clean, spacious with good facilities such as coffee/tea maker, large LCD TV. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful owners. Close to university so ideal when visiting for open days. Plenty of good family restaurants within 10-15 minutes walk. No complaints at all and would easily recommend.

Wonderful City. Take a wander around the old part of the city either side of the Royal Mile leading up to Edinburgh castle.

very friendly owners, fantastic breakfast, the room was spacious and clean (we did not have en suite facilities but the bathroom we shared with 2 other rooms was very clean). Good location, the bus stop is just outside the b&b (but it is also possible to walk into the centre). Overall it was a great stay.
