The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts were most substantial. The lady we
encountered was very friendly and accommodating.
Location
Our group was there to help with the Ladies Scottish Open at Archerfield, so we didn't have much spare time. However there was a lot of tourist material on display, and we played golf at Whitekirk where the scenery was excellent.

We had a lovely overnight stay at The Garden Flat B&B. The Family room was enormous taking the Queen size bed and 2 singles with ease! The room was spotless and the beds comfy. Breakfast was a delight with a variety of food on offer. Traditional Scottish full cooked / pancakes/ cereals/ scones......what a choice!Staff were very helpful too.
Excellent value for money.

My son and daughter-in-law stayed in the Garden Flat B & B, so I can only feedback what they said to us. The room I booked for them had a beautiful view and was very comfortable and clean. This room did not have an en-suite, but a separate bathroom, which was not a problem for them. There was work being carried out to the accommodation during their stay, which again was not a problem for them. They did comment that breakfast on the first morning was far nicer than on the second morning. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Very high standard of quality both room and food, well worth the money and very nice people running the place.
Location
Great location, easy access to train station, restaurants, tourist hot spots and the "Fringe by the sea" an off shoot of the "Edinburgh Fringe" was on which provided some great entertainment.
