The accomodation was great and we had a warm welcome from Cam "the skipper" on arrival, I thought the price was acceptable for the night as it was definately something different. The facilities on board are great and the kitchen has everything you need to cater on board which will save you on the cost of eating out in the city centre. The boatel has LCD tv's/dvd players, cd player, honesty bar, books, games, bbq, fishing rod... really everything you need for a nice break away. The weather was great when we were there, so we never used much of this but ideal if the weathers not so good.
Location
The boatel is in an exceptionally good area and you really have all of Edinburgh's attractions on your doorstep!!! We had an action packed weekend, visiting the Castle, the Zoo, had a ride on the open top buses and a show at the playhouse on the Saturday evening.
