Good hospitality. Superb breakfast. Quiet location but within walking distance to town centre. Room a little dark.Would recomend.

room was excellent, as was breakfast, couple were great even picked us up from bus stop which was very nice.

Our double room was a bit small and the trouble was, we couldn't lock the door when we went out for dinner.You can only lock it when you are inside ! However, the hostess was nice and served a great Scottish breakfast. She wanted us to taste her porridge, which we did !... The food was absolutely delicious except the porridge, to my mind !!!

Very warm welcome in that lovely house, Pat and Alan are very friendly and helpful , extensive and delicious breakfast, quiet location, value for money is good and good restaurants accessible by foot.
