The room is clean and tidy but it was cold though there's a heating. The bed is small for a double or couple. The breakfast is alright. Lynda the landlady was very helpfull and always ready to answer your question. Wifi is a bit of a nightmare especially I have some work to be done. But all in all it was a pleasant stay.
Location
The location was very accessible by bus and very close to the city centre, the people are very helpfull. The taxi was quite good as well and it's cheap.

Excellent host, room was great, very easily accessable on bus route into city. Only one comment boiler was loud when others were using hot water. Would recomment to friends and visit again

A Beautiful home and very nice pleasant hosts wonderful value for money
we felt very relaxed breakfast excellent room very comfortable and standard of housekeeping very high
we hope very much to come back and spend a few days and see more of Edinburgh also recomend to our friends
Location
as we only stopped overnight as flying out next morning we only visited Crammond bridge restaurant
very good meal and service
our hosts Lynda & Stuart at Acelyn B&B were very kind my husband is disabled and cant walk any distance they drove us to the restaurant and came for us when we were ready.

The price is reasonable and the owner is very friendly.

Although it is far from city centre about half an hour, bus stop is in front of the B$B.
