The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and warm. The breakfast was very good and the owner was very pleasant and hospitable. There was ample free parking. The only negative factor was that the accommodation was not well signposted and if you were unfamiliar with the area could easily miss it as it is set back from the road.

Location

Close to St. Andrews so especially good for golfers.

The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfasts very good. Our hosts were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us.

B&B was just outside of St. Andrews with a quick drive into the town, easy to find.

The only thing letting this BB down were the beds every time you turned they creeked.The couple that ran the establishment were great so was the breakfast

When we arrived the hosts saw that we were travling with a lot of luggage and allowed us to use a second room at no extra charge! Very pleasant and friendly, excellent breakfast.
