The room is spacious and clean. The couple running it were extremely friendly and helpful, and they prepared good breakfast.
Location
Convenient and close to town centre. It was very quiet.

The comfort and quality of the room was excellent. Fairly secluded from the town's noise even first thing in the morning. Guests are put first and the breakfast enough to recharge any one's batteries. Highly recommended. Only minus is the steps up to it which may be too much for older guests.

We arrived to a lovely room with 4 beds when we had only specified a double room! so it was very spacious and had excellent facilities. The owners were outstandingly helpful not only on a local basis but on the whole of scotland. lovely brekkie too.

The hosts were friendly, the room was spotlessly clean, the food was good. We were in a room on the back without a view and it was small, but we have no complaints at all. Our stay at Eastbank was extremely comfortable.
Location
Our visit to "The Hill House" was excellent. We had a really good meal at "The Boat House" on Loch Lomond. Also the views at Helensburgh were wonderful and we did see a submarine in the Clyde too!
