Visitor Reviews of Eabost House - Overall Rating 4.2

The accommodation was advertised as "en suite." In fact, the bath is located outside and next door to the bedroom. The "guest lounge" is a room across the hall which is furnished with a table and a small single bed, and is largely dedicated to the owner's model railroad, access to which is blocked off by a wardrobe which is on a throw rug, apparently in order that it can be moved when guests arrive. Though the view was lovely, the accommodation was clean, and the food was excellent, this was less than advertised. In addition, despite several email exchanges with the host, we were not informed that they do not accept credit cards. This was most inconvenient, as we had planned to pay by credit.

Landscape, owners, rooms, breakfast. Everything the best. Lyin and Brian the perfect hosts.

Location

The nature and wildness of the spot rend this house a unique place. A good point where to start the tour of Skye

Lovely and peaceful location. A very friendly and helpful couple run the B&B. Filling Scottish breakfast every morning.

Location

Somewhat in the middle of nowhere but the Isle of Skye is all about scenery and walking rather than other attractions, isn't it?

Great room with a wonderful view. Cute rabbits in the garden and a seal on the beach! The hosts were very nice and had great ideas for trips on Isle of Skye. The breakfast was very delicious. Although we only stayed two nights, it was an unforgettable time!

Excellent hospitality and breakfasts. Lovely setting and views. Room relatively small but comfortable. Lack of guest lounge facilities could be a drawback on poor weather days.

Location

Some interesting attractions fairly near but others would involve some time in travelling.

a very warm hospitality. The owners served us a very good and tasty breakfast to choose into a great variety all set in a perfect environment by the owners on music and decoration. Rooms were warm and quite spacious with a very good taste in decoration and details such as binocles for watching the lakes. They had very beautiful views. The toilets were perfect. the price was the standard but the quality very good. The owners were very kind and gave us a very warm welcome and farewell. lovely.

Location

good landscaping. it was a tranquil village to enjoy. there was a good inn with delicious food not far the bedandbreakfast. Touristic places we visited were the Dunvegan castle, though not so outstanding as it might be, and other castle runes wich were curious to discover and walk around.
