Our room had the most amazing view, and to go to sleep and wake up to such a view was a delight. The Guest House is only about a 10 minute walk to the town, where there are many shops and restaurants. Walking back takes a bit of effort, as it is up a very steep hill, but is good exercise, especially after a big dinner. The breakfasts were yummy, and the hosts very hospitable. All in all, you would not be disappointed with Dunheanish Guest House, especially in the front room (Room 4).

excellent room & furnishings also cleanliness first class and attention to detail. Food was outstanding and the host was very attentive. I cannot rate the house and owner other than exceptional.

Nice place. Friendly staff. A good selection of breakfast choices. A magnificent view from the rooms.

Our room was beautifully appointed with quality furnishings and fittings, with a spectacular view of the bay. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and well-presented.
Location
We only had time for a brief visit to Oban, unfortunately, but enjoyed a walk along the waterfront, a visit to the Museum with its friendly staff, and a visit to McCaigs Tower, which was just behind the guest house.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed our stay at Dunheanish and would recommand it to our friends and family.
Location
We made a sea safari near Oban. In case the weather is bad, the city bus (Hop on, Hop off) is a good alternative. We would appreciated if a translation was available for non-English speakers.
