The apartment contained everything we required (except for a frying pan). The apartment is very warm. The location was very close to the heart of the city and yet very quiet at night.

The apartment was modern and very clean with everything needed to make the stay enjoyable for the same price as a central hotel. Also the fact there was parking without an additional charge.

The location is ideal, within walking distance of Edinburgh city center and all it's attractions.

The accomodation was fine for us - it was clean and contained the facilities that we needed. The lady who greated us was very pleasant. Marketing information could be improved - for example the flat had wi fi but I only discovered this by ringing the owner a few days before hand. An improvement at very little cost could be a 'welcome pack'. A gripe is that because we arrived at the accomodation after 8:00pm (due to a late arriving flight) an additional charge of £20 was levied to receive the keys to the flat. Given the overall cost of the accomodation this seemed to be pretty mean.

We were there for the comedy festival which was splendid.

Excellent location - very central yet quiet and with parking. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. A few towel/clothes hooks in the bathroom and a teapot would have been helpful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

We were here for my son's graduation and the proximity to the University was ideal. Also, Tesco nearby for self-catering, numerous restaurants and walking distance to Arthur's Seat.

Lovely apartment and the outlook to the garden was just so lovely and peaceful. Great place to stay - wish it could have been for longer.

The appartment was perfect for our needs with two young children. Easy walking distance to all sights, and close to food shops, very useful tourist info brochures.

Rooms were clean and tidy , could possibly do with a few more cooking utensils I.E ovenware.
Location
Good situation for this apartment to visit tourist attractions in Edinburgh and surrounding area.
