Our twin room was small hence the rating but had everything in it we needed. Beds made and room hoovered everyday. The breakfast was lovely and they were very welcoming, helpful and hospitable. Good value for money.

The room was big, spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. The full breakfast is defiantly worth the extra. The staff was very nice and friendly. It's a little far away from the center but the walk isn't so bad. There is a bus station very close to the hotel.

Hospitality excellent - we were made welcome even outside the 'normal' arrival time. It was an added bonus to be able to use the 'in-house' computer to check emails etc.
Location
This accomodation is almost adjacent to Holyrood park - some spectacular scenery and walks here. It is also on a bus route to almost all the popular tourist attractions and stations.

Nice british bed and breakfast, all decently provided with that little cosy feeling one is not likely to get from a chain hotel. I liked it. Good points for nonchalance.
Location
The city is fantastic of course. We would have liked to stay more, but the festival was on.

great location, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and well equipped, we couldnt ask for more.
Location
the accommodation was based in a safe and quiet area, close to the local shops, supermarket and restaurants, and bus stops. A short walk brought us straight to Holyrood Park which was extremely beautiful! In fact the way to the city centre was so great we never took a bus but decided to walk!

Host was very helpful about facilities in tha area, buses etc. He also let us keep luggage after check out for later collection. Everything was clean and well supplied.
Location
Although the accommodation was 10 minutes from the city, there were a number of buses within minutes that arrived regularly. Three top attractions would have to be the Edinburgh Castle, Royal Mile & Holyrood Palace
