Very friendly and helpful service - family feel; clean and cosy, well-decorated bedroom; lovely breakfast. Very good value for money. Ideal location minutes away from centre of town.

Friendly ,obliging,very good value.Excellant choice and quality of food. I came to Inverness for the marathon and would stay here again if Ido it next year.

Location

The Festval of Running first class both the races and events at the sports ground. Urquart Castle. Loch Ness Nessie exhibition and loch cruise. Dolphin cruise.And nice riverside walks. A special mention. The small but interestin aviation museum near the airport.Perhaps a bit more help for them?

The room was clean and well equipped. Service was excellent with a great breakfest.

Location

Inverness is a nice city. There are a lot of things to see, including the city centre. Its only a 5 min. walking distance to come from the guesthouse to the city centre.

Very happy with the standard and service throughout my stay. Not en suite but then I knew that at time of booking. Bathroom was excellent though and it was a great shower.

Location

Attended wedding. No time for tourist attractions on this visit.

Excellent room, beautiful presentation, lovely furniture, noise free and comfy bed. Shower was perfect, breakfast in the morning was excellent, hostess very nice to talk to, will be returning very soon, probably next month in fact
