The house was very comfortable and equiped with all the amenities that we could possibly need. The rooms were very well apointed with very comfortable beds and linens. The bathroom was huge with a grand bath tub and shower. The water presure in the shower was simply amazing! We all said it was the best shower ever! The living room has more than enough seating and the new pull-out couch came in handy. The kitchen was great, we had dinner in twice and found that it had everything we needed. The welcome package and breakfast food was a pleasant surprise! The high chair and cot really put us over the top! The house is simply amazing and we hope to return in the future!
Location
We were only in Inverness for 2 days and thus didn't see as much as we would have liked, but what we saw was great. We walked into town (a nice 15 minute walk) and passed the castle on the way. We were lucky to have lovely weather for our entire two week stay in Scotland! We drove to Loch Ness and it was beautiful, had a drink at Dores Inn (recommended by Julie). We were lucky to have live music to enjoy. My dad checked out the golf course across the street and wished he had brought his clubs to play! Maybe next time!
