Huge rooms and spacious bathrooms, excellent breakfast, The hosts gave us good directions for exploring the area (They also indicated us the pubs with Scottish live music) and also for reaching Aberdeen, our next stop. Only one small flaw: a little far from to the center

If we need to book a room in Inverness in the future then I would have no qualms about booking a room at Culcabock House. The room was very pleasant and the hospitality and food was excellant.

In Culcabock house we had a beatiful, large and clean room with all comforts we needed. Breakfast is very good and rich, absolutely delicious. But what makes this b&b extraordinary is the kindness of its owners. Jean and Tommy are caring, helpful and friendly and their advices had been always precious.
Location
Culcabock House is at 15 minutes by foot from Inverness centre. When we stayed in this B&b, we visited easily not only Inverness, that is a very beautiful city, but also Loch Ness, Nairn, Fort George, Skye and Ullapool. According to us,it's in a strategic touristic location.

Jean was so friendly and made you feel welcome throughout the stay. The hosts were very informative about attractions and places to eat. The home and rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. The fresh milk, not containers, in our rooms was a nice touch. It was a 10 minute walk to downtown Inverness, but it was nice to see the town and admire the homes and gardens.

Hospitality was excellent. Jean & Tommy were brilliant hosts. Room & en-suite were tastefully decorated. Breakfast was delicious. Good value
