Room excellent Clean and comfortable. All amenities available.

Location

Reason for visit was a Virgin balloon ride which did not take place because of unsuitable weather conditions. Local area friendly,quaint and historically interesting.If returning to stay in area we would definitely book the same accommodation if available.

We were very well looked after, even though our message that we arrived late at Edinburgh Airport didn't reach the owner. This could have beeen a major problem for both of us, but the way the owner tackeld this problem , was excellent. Hospitality, room and food were excellent.

Location

We were on our way to Stranraer, so we just needed a resting place for one night.

Joan was an excellent host; the house and our room were everything we could have wished for; the breakfasts kept us going until evening; and being allowed to play and walk Jack gave us great pleasure.

Location

Biggar has many excellent attractions and is a handy base for visting many towns in the surrounding area.
