Highly recommended! We needed somewhere within easy walking distance of the train station and this proved to be the case. Our room was beautifully decorated with period charm while the ensuite bathroom was modern and spotless. Breakfast was great and on our day of departure our hostess kindly made ours an hour early so we could catch our train well fed.. An excellent stay and we would love to return again some day.

Location

We had no specific aim with our stay in Inverness other than a stopping off spot before resuming our journey - over the weekend we walked around the town a good deal and were especially impressed by the walk by the river Ness - crossing over via Ness island, lovely. Just how many churches ARE there in Inverness??

The people who owned the guest house were very friendly and pleasant people, they were helpful with information and the house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The food at breakfast was also very good with lots of choice, if I choose to take another break in inverness I would definatly return. all in all a thumbs up.

Location

We visited Lochness and surrounding villages and foyers falls (water fall) all of which was in short distances from the b and b, although you do need a car, but coach packages are available to reach lochness with a boat trip included..car parking charges were unbelievably cheap and theres lots of beautifull scenery and walks to enjoy and something for all ages that wont break the bank!!
