Room was very nice. The hospitality could not be better. We found the hosts to be exceptional and accomodated every wish. The breakfasts were perfect.
Location
The location was very nice. A quiet street and parking on the street was no problem. It is a very safe location.

We received a warm welcome on arrival.
Mrs MacKenzie was very helpful providing local information.
Our room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. Spotlessly clean.
A good breakfast was served.
Excellent value for money.
Have booked for our next trip to Edinburgh.

Centre of city within easy reach by public transport or car.

The room and the bath room were very clean and comfortable. Rae was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was excellent too.

Good location. Near a bus station with frequent bus connections to the city center. Also very near the airport.

Beginning of the afternoon we received a warm welcome and a lot of explanations how to reach Edinburgh. The rooms were already available.
The breakfast is super and we were like at home.
Location
We appreciate the location: quite street, easy access to Edinburgh center with several buses lines, easy to park the car.

Rae makes you feel like your at home, she really does look after you. The room was good and the facilities were of a good standard.
The breakfast was great with a wide variety available, would thoroughly recommend staying here.
Location
Short bus trip into town which gives you the opportunity to see the sights.
Edinburgh certainly our favorite city in all of Scotland.

Peter & Rae are great hosts and make you feel extremley welcome. Peter with his assiistance of
removing the bags from our car on arrival and Rae with her wonderful pot of tea and cake on arrival. All most welcome. The breakfasts are great and extremley filling, again nothing is too much trouble for either of them. The rooms are most comfortable with a goond nights sleep ensured.
We will most certainly be back!
Location
With a bus just a short walk away you can easily see all historic sights that Edinburgh has to offer.
