Hospitality was second to none. The rooms were immaculately cleaned, and the breakfast was delicious. We went up on a skiiing weekend and I would recommend this accomadation, and would certainly go back there.
Location
Going up to the Cairngorms on the Funicular was an experience and the views were out of this world. As we were on a skiing weekend we did not have time to visit any other attractions.

The hotel was in a beautiful setting. We had pheasant, Red Squirrels and deer in the garden while we stayed. Our room looked out onto the Laraig Grue and the snow capped Cairngorm. The accomodation was clean and comfortable. The breafasts were excellent (the scrambled eggs were the greatest) and the service and the value for money fell into the same catagory. The log fire in the lounge was very welcoming.
Location
Loch Mornoch is very beautiful and our walk around Loch an Eilan was stunning. We spent most of our time at a Bridge congress at the Hilton. One of our favourite eating places is Roos Leap and we were disappointed that it was closed at this time (for the second year running) but the Taverna came very close to making up for Roos Leap absence.

the imposing building, long drive way give you a hint of what's in store. This is an ideal location and gives you a very personal touch as opposed to the impersonal from the big hotels. The accommodation is fantastic, with even toileteries in your bathroom. Something you dont allways get in hotels. Breakfast was a treat.

Have again found Corrour House excellent value for money. Exceedingly welcoming. The breakfast beautifully cooked and served. Room and bathroom spotless.
Location
Very handy for a walk to Aviemore. Must point out that the new roundabout at entrance to Aviemore is too dazzling in the rain. Lights in the wall reflecting on the wet road surface make it seem like cars are coming at you from all angles. Wall lighting is at the same height as car headlights.
No a good idea.

The standard of the room was excellent, i have not seen one so clean. Th hospitality was great as Carol was very welcoming. The breakfast was great also, try the black pudding it's the best i have ever had. I would higly recommend a stay there if you want a warm and friendly atmosphere with the quiet uninterrupted view of local Aviemore through your bedroom window.
Location
The location was great as it was only 1 minute by car to the local amenities, the italian restuarant in town was fantastic. We were touring around Scotland so it was far enough away from a main town and close enough for us to get to Inverness and the rest of the highlands.
