Everything -- decor, food and the warm hospitality of the host and the hostess. The only thing is that the room size was a wee bit small.

It was one of the best B&B we visited on our trip to Scotland. The building and location in really nice, near to the city centre (15min walking) and on a quiet location. Room are spacious, very modern and nice decorated ( luckily not full of tartan everywhere!!) and bathroom new and very clean.
Breakfast wonderful, different options to choose, fresh fruit and enough to fill everyone.
Owners are really nice, gave us a lot of good ideas and information about places to visit.
Recommend everyone, very good value for money!

All of the factors noted. Room was well furnished, little extras provided. Very hospitable and friendly hosts. Excellent breakfast with quality foods.

great value for money, room standard was better than most hotels. Very friendly couple and the food (breakfast) was excellent.

Great places to eat in Perth. Also attractions seen were Scone Palace as well as Blair Castle and gardens. Fabulous.
